Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer 30-day returns for items shipped within the contiguous United States. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the conditions below. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may appear within 14 business days after processing. Please email us at care@dozhome.co to initiate a quick and easy return. 

  • International Returns
    • You may return items via your preferred carrier.
    • Please email care@dozhome.co to initiate a return and provide the tracking number.
    • DOZ does not cover international return shipping costs.

  • Third-party Orders
    • Our return policy applies only to items purchased directly from dozhome.co. If you bought DOZ products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All returns must be initiated 30 days from ordering from us in new, unused, condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. 
  • You may return a maximum of two (2) of each product type per initial order (validated by customer name or shipping address).
  • In the event of damaged items, please email a photo and your order number to care@dozhome.co so we can address any manufacturing or quality control issues.
