WAREHOUSE DELAYS
Due to a high volume of orders, our warehouse is experiencing delays. Please allow up to 2 additional business days to our standard processing times before your order ships.
SHIPPING COSTS

U.S. Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)
- Orders under $100: $9.95
- Orders over $100: Free
- U.S. Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $29.95
- We are unable to ship internationally at this time
PROMOTION CODE AND DISCOUNT POLICY
- Promotion codes and discounts cannot be combined; exclusions apply.
- Codes, reward point redemptions, and automatic sale offers cannot be applied to automatic bundle discounts or discounted Sample Sale Collection items.
- Once an order is placed, any unused promotion codes cannot be applied retroactively.
TAXES AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are not prepaid by DOZ and are the customer’s responsibility.
- These fees may be due at the time of or after delivery.
- DOZ is not liable for any such charges and does not offer reimbursement or refunds for them.
- For specific information on potential fees, please contact your local customs office.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
- All in-stock orders are processed within 2 full business days.
- Heavy order volume or holidays may extend processing times.
- Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most standard orders arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
- Once an order is being processed or has shipped, we are unable to modify it.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY
- DOZ is not liable for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout for added security.
- For orders lost in transit, please first contact your local post office or delivery service and obtain an incident or claim number before reaching out to us.
